The 4 million sq ft proposed on 75 hectares at Midlands Tech Park comprises the largest mixed employment site in the M6 West / M54 Corridor. The scheme can accommodate a range of building types from multi-let industrial units, research and development labs, campus office buildings, and warehouses to significant manufacturing facilities; offering all companies large and small a platform for growth.

A springboard for 21st century sustainable industry

The central pillar of Midlands Tech Park is as a launchpad for the emerging, sustainable industries which promise to propel the UK economy out of the pandemic. We are excited about the potential to provide a home for advanced manufacturing, agri-tech, modern methods of construction, battery and renewable technologies. These are all sectors which are disrupting fading monopolies in favour of cleaner and greener ways to do things.

UK’s first net zero
carbon commercial destination

With roof mounted solar panels, an off-site solar park and ground source heat pumps, the Midlands Tech Park will be designed around a renewable electricity infrastructure ensuring fully net zero carbon operations. Through our charging hubs, future forms of mobility such as electric cars,
e-scooters and e-bikes will enable employees and visitors to travel past our extensive green spaces, woodland copses and water features to their meetings or the station sustainably.

Work, play and thrive

We will eschew outdated 20th century business park layouts and make activities, amenity and interaction central to our design. 60 hectares of open space will offer playing pitches, running tracks, walking routes and even water for canoeing and wild swimming. Co-working, crèches, coffee shops, convenience retail, fitness facilities and restaurant space will be designed into an employment area within striking distance of a farm shop and a medical centre.
